Tereza Jaďuďová (b. 2001) is a Slovak composer, arranger, and pianist of the younger generation and a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where she studied composition with Ivan Buffa and Lucia Papanetzová. Her work spans symphonic, chamber, vocal-instrumental, electroacoustic, and stage music, combining classical traditions with contemporary and experimental compositional approaches.

Her music has been performed at festivals such as Orfeus, Asynchronie, and New Slovak Music, as well as on concert stages in Slovakia and abroad. In 2025, the Slovak Philharmonic premiered her Fantasy on Mor ho! in Bratislava under Ondrej Olos. She received Third Prize at the Michał Ogiński International Composers’ Competition in Minsk for her symphonic poem Orol vták. As a pianist, she toured China with the Slovak National Orchestra and completed an Erasmus+ artistic residency in Gdańsk, Poland. She is a member of the Slovak Composers’ Society.

Recent performances include her String Quartet No. 1 by the Mucha Quartet, Nightly Whiteness for guitar at the White Night Festival, Suite Scandinavia, by the Žilina State Chamber Orchestra, 5 Preludes from Gdańsk by the Brno Contemporary Orchestra, and Two Balkan Dances in the international project Inhale Exhale. She also performed timpani at the premiere of her Concerto for Guitar and Chamber Orchestra.

Alongside concert music, she composes for theatre and collaborates with Divadielko Galéria on several productions. She is also a junior researcher in the European FilmEU+ project at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava.

As an arranger, she collaborated on Home for Christmas with Vladimír Jablokov and Choir Technik in Bratislava’s Tipos Arena, contributed to the Belle Canzoni project at the Prague festival Svátky hudby for the Napolitan Quartet, and creates arrangements for guitar and string quartet. She also works with Petra Torkošová on educational and vocal training projects.

Currently, she is preparing an authorial CD of works for guitar and cello with Adam Svitač and is working on upcoming projects, including the premiere of her Requiem at the Basilica of St. Andrew in Komárno in October 2026.
